Refund policy

If Screen Markup is not right for you, ask for your money back within 30 days of buying and we will refund the full amount. This applies to the first purchase and to renewals.

To ask, use the link in your Paddle receipt email or write to us through the support page, with the email address you bought with. Refunds go back to the original payment method. After a refund the licence key stops working.

The free 7-day trial costs nothing and needs no payment details, so you can try the real program before you decide. It is one trial for each PC.

Nothing here affects your statutory rights, including the right to cancel distance contracts within 14 days under UK and EU consumer law.
