Terms of use

These terms cover your use of Screen Markup, a program and web page made by RSW Digital Ltd ("we", "us").

The licence

Paying the annual subscription gives one person the right to use Screen Markup on the Windows PCs they use, with any number of their own phones and tablets, for as long as the subscription is active. A free 7-day trial runs in the app before you subscribe. You may not resell, share or copy your licence key.

The service

Screen Markup depends on a relay service that passes your drawing, pointer and screen-preview data between your devices. We aim to keep it available but do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or improve the program and service; subscribers receive updates while the subscription is active.

Using it responsibly

You are responsible for what is on your screen and for who has your six-character code. Do not use Screen Markup to access a computer you have no right to control, or to break the law.

Payment, renewal and cancellation

The subscription is £10 a year and renews each year until cancelled. Payments are taken by Paddle.com, our merchant of record, who also handle tax and receipts. Cancel using the link in your Paddle receipt email, or write to us; you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. Refunds are described on the refunds page.

Liability

Screen Markup is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.
